Picking my 100 favorite films was hard enough. Ranking them? Impossible.
Therefore I'll be presenting them in alphabetical order. Also, very important to note...quoting the amazing Priscilla Page -
"...first and foremost, I never intend for this list to be an objective, declarative statement on film... I just want to share what I loved, what moved me, what helped me, what was fun to watch — in short, the movies I want other people to get their eyeballs on if they haven’t already."
Happiness (1998)

Have to warn you...this one's gonna leave you feeling like you need a shower. BRAVE filmmaking. If you like your humor dark - and I mean DARK. This one's for you. Don't say I didn't warn you. #ImChampagne |
Hearts of Darkness (1991)

If you love APOCALYPSE NOW and haven't seen this doc stop what you're doing and watch it immediately. The only thing crazier than that 1979 anti-war epic was what it took to make it. Thankfully the process of making it was documented. One of the very best "making of" documentaries ever. Just as entertaining as it is educational. |
Heat (1995)
 |
Keeps getting better every time I watch it. |
High Plains Drifter (1973)
 |
He literally painted the town red and renamed it "Hell". Fuck yeah. |
Hot Tub Time Machine (2010)

I'm very surprised how little love this film gets. Everyone is very funny in it. ...and Craig Robinson. Seriously. Craig Robinson. That's all you really need to know. |
